Authenticity promise

Every bottle we sell is original. If one you receive from us is not, we will take it back and refund you in full — no argument, no restocking fee.

Where our stock comes from

We buy through authorised distributors and official channels only. We do not buy from marketplaces, from unattributed wholesalers, or from anyone unable to document where a batch came from.

Where a house prints a batch code, we keep it. If you ever want to check the code on your bottle against our record, telephone us with your order reference and we will read it back to you.

What to look for

A genuine bottle has an even, unhurried spray and a scent that develops over hours rather than fading within one. The cellophane is cut cleanly and sits tight, the batch code on the box matches the one etched on the bottle, and the cap seats without wobble.

None of these on its own proves anything — counterfeits have become good — which is exactly why where you buy matters more than what you can inspect.

If you doubt a bottle

Stop using it and telephone us. Do not throw the box away: the batch code is the fastest way for us to trace the shipment it came from.

If we cannot satisfy you that a bottle is genuine, we refund it in full and collect it at our own cost — whether or not it has been opened, and regardless of how long ago you bought it.

Decants and bottle sizes

Several fragrances are offered in more than one size. Where a size is decanted by us rather than sold in the house's own bottle, the product page says so plainly.

A decant is the same perfume from the same stock — it is not a reformulation, a dilution or an imitation, and we will never present one as the other.
