These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Placing an order means accepting them.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we telephone to confirm it and you agree.

Until that call we may decline an order — if a fragrance has sold out between your order and our packing it, if we cannot reach you, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. You are charged nothing in that case.

We reserve the stock for your order the moment you place it, so the bottle is held for you while we try to reach you.

All prices are in Tunisian dinars and include VAT. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the goods.

Delivery is added at checkout and shown separately before you confirm. You will never be charged more than the total displayed on the confirmation screen.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Stock is held per fragrance rather than per bottle, because several sizes are decanted from the same supply. A size can therefore become unavailable while another size of the same scent is still listed.

If a fragrance is unavailable after you have ordered it, we will telephone you and either offer an alternative or cancel that line at no cost to you.

We deliver to the twenty-four governorates of Tunisia and nowhere else. Windows and charges are set out on the delivery page and form part of these terms.

Delivery windows are given in good faith and start from the confirmation call. They are not guaranteed times, and we are not liable for a delay caused by weather, a strike, or anything else outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier hands you the parcel.

Your right to return is set out in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms: seven days for an unopened bottle, and a full remedy at our cost for anything faulty, damaged or wrongly sent.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Tunisian consumer law gives you.

The photography, descriptions and design of this site are ours. Fragrance names and house marks belong to the houses that own them and are used to describe what we sell.

Please do not scrape, republish or resell the contents of this site.

We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, in the condition described. Where we fail to, our liability is the price you paid for the goods plus the delivery charge.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, and the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
