Delivery & payment

Grand Tunis — Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous and Manouba — is a 24-hour window. The north and the Sahel are 48 hours. The interior and the south are 72 hours.

The clock starts when we confirm your order by telephone, not when you place it. If we cannot reach you the same day, the window starts from the call.

Delivery is 7 DT to every governorate, whatever the size of the order.

We do not operate a free-delivery threshold. A promotional code may waive the fee, and when one does you will see it come off the total before you confirm.

Cash on delivery is our standard method: you pay the courier, in dinars, once the box is in your hands and you have seen what is inside.

Where card payment is offered at checkout it is handled by the gateway itself and secured by 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card number.

Open the box in front of the courier. You are entitled to check that the bottle is the one you ordered and that the seal is intact before you pay.

If something is wrong, refuse the parcel there and then and telephone us. That is far simpler for everyone than accepting it and arranging a return afterwards.

The courier will attempt delivery twice and telephone before each attempt. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange another date.

Please leave a delivery note at checkout if the address is hard to find. It reaches the courier, and in most of the country it is the difference between an arrival and a missed call.
