Privacy
This shop has no customer accounts, so we hold much less about you than most. What we do hold is what a parcel needs to reach you, and we do not sell or share it.

We process personal data under Tunisian law n° 2004-63 on the protection of personal data. Where a customer is in the European Union, we also observe the GDPR.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order: your name, telephone number, delivery address and — only if you choose to give one — an email address. We need these to telephone you, to deliver the parcel and to keep a record of the sale.
When you browse: a bag identifier stored in a cookie, so the bottles you have chosen survive a page refresh. It is a random token and it is not linked to you.
If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and the language you were reading in, and nothing else.
Your wishlist and recently-viewed list never leave your browser. They are stored on your own device and we cannot see them.
What we never collect
We do not store card numbers. Where card payment is offered, the details go directly to the payment gateway and never pass through our systems.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Who else sees it
The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and telephone number, because it cannot be delivered otherwise.
Where you pay by card, the payment gateway receives the order amount and reference in order to take the payment.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for three years from the date of the order, which is what the tax and commercial record-keeping rules require of us.
Bags that are never turned into an order expire after thirty days and are deleted.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you may do from any message we send.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Telephone the boutique or write to frangrancesamore@gmail.com.
We will answer within thirty days. We may need to keep an order record for the three years described above even after a deletion request, because we are required to — but we will tell you plainly when that is the case and delete everything else.
Cookies
We use two, both strictly necessary and neither for advertising: one holds your bag, and one remembers which language you are reading in.
The back office uses a third to keep staff signed in. None of them tracks you across other sites.
